Pisyu Loon is a traditional green salt from the hills of Uttarakhand — lovingly hand-pounded at home on a sil-batta (stone grinder), just as our grandmothers did.

This salt comes in two forms:
A dry version, commonly available in markets. And a wet version — slightly moist, freshly prepared, rich in aroma and flavour.
At Pisyu Loon, we proudly make the wet version — staying true to the original recipe passed down through generations.

We use high-quality rock salt, cumin, coriander, garlic, turmeric, green chillies and more — blended in the right proportion with patience and precision.
Each batch is made only after we receive your order — ensuring it reaches you fresh, without any preservatives.

We pack Pisyu Loon in glass jars to preserve its natural moisture, aroma, and authenticity — exactly as it should be.
